Lee Seng is practitioner of technology and a freelance software consultant, specialising in IT Service Management. After graduating from National University of Singapore in 1994, he joined a local bank as an MIS executive. At the bank, he extended the bank's email infrastructure to all 139 branches in Singapore. Considering that it predates the availability of mass-market high speed broadband, it was a feat at that time. With its easy to use graphical user interface, the email system propelled the bank-wide email initiative forward. Coupled with built in collaboration tool, Lee Seng implemented productivity apps to disseminate information and speed up inventory order processes.
Lee Seng's passion is in aligning technology and business to achieve synergy within the business and among the staff. His attention to details and in-depth understanding of customer's needs were well appreciated. His success at the bank opened up opportunities for Lee Seng, thus, began his journey as an information technology consultant and helped many clients achieved better results through technology.
Always curious and on the look for improvements, Lee Seng returned to National University of Singapore to complete his Masters in Computing degree in 2010.

Foreseeing the rapid growth of cloud computing in 2010s, Remedyforce was key in helping BMC Software ride this wave of opportunity. As the first ASEAN pre-sales consultant entrusted with the Remedyforce product, Lee Seng worked hand in hand with the Sales team to develop this SaaS-based IT Service Management market. Laying out the foundation in getting our business partners certified, extolling the virtues SaaS during trade shows and customers presentations, demonstrations, mentoring and trainings.
In addition to Remedyforce, Lee Seng also bore sole responsibility for the Footprints Asset Core (Asset Management) product. This exciting role has brought Lee Seng to major cities in ASEAN countries and including Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and Australia.
